Scott and I constantly remind each other about how much we “love this life.” I named this blog after our family motto because this blog gives me the opportunity to sit down and savor important moments that make life so wonderful. Life can get very hectic and it is so easy to lose sight of what is truly important, especially in todays world where everything is go, go, go. Being able to step back, slow down, and really realize what blessings we have allows me to really get a different perspective after a long, stressful day, especially after weeks like last week where everything seemed to be going the wrong way. Life throws us curve balls but some are actually really small in the grand scheme of things though they may seem large at the moment. My family is a constant reminder of what is most important. Scott and I love to live life to the fullest and I see that same fire in Avery. She is so beautiful inside and out.
Tomorrow, Scott and I are headed to Miami for a nice little getaway. I’m really excited about it! Nana and Papa and Auntie Dawn and Uncle Matt are keeping Avie while we are away and I know she will have a great time. She is still going to daycare while we wait for NeNe to get better. We went to see her on Monday and she has a few more weeks of recuperation but she is in good spirits and should be home by the end of July.

Nana will come in a heart beat if you need me. I know Avie loves to go to daycare to play and learn with all her little friends, but it’s good for her to socialize among other little ones. Just know that if you need me I am here. May barge in for a day or two though. OOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKK!
