You can certainly get back into shape! First, I would not say I’m IN shape. I wish I was and I should put more effort into it! I’ve had so much muscle loss over the last few years. After I had Olivia, I lost the baby weight by walking almost everyday in the morning and watching what I ate. Unfortunately, I don’t walk as often now because once I lost it, my motivation went away. Now I just maintain. I honestly think the biggest part is that I don’t eat breakfast. Everyone says you should but once I stopped eating breakfast, I was able to control my hunger so much better. If I eat breakfast, I’m starving the rest of the day and I eat a lot more. I really stopped listening to what other people said and started listening to what my body needs. I don’t skimp on the things I like (ie: Mexican food and dessert). However, if I go on vacation and splurge, when I get back home, I try to eat less to get myself back on track. Basically, I just try my best to balance.
